Mike Taylor has specialized in the design of private and public works improvements for over 30 years. Since founding Taylor Engineering, Inc. in 1985, the firm has become one of the largest and most diversified civil engineering and surveying firms in Eastern Washington. Mike is recognized for his leadership in transportation funding and economic development.

Mark Aronson has developed exceptional project team management techniques over the past 20 years. His specialties range from residential and major retail layout and design to large public works projects. Mr. Aronson manages the firm's day-to-day assignments. He is well known as a strong advocate for professionalism and innovation throughout the Northwest. Mark served as State Board Member of ACEC Washington

Stan Stirling has over 30 years of project management, design, and surveying experience. He has lead many major retrofit sanitary and storm sewer projects. He is known for his "hands-on" approach for managing staff, and delivering the project to the client on time and on budget. Stan is also recognized for his community service as President of the City of Spokane's Planning Commission for the past 12 years.

Dave Larsen has over 30 years experience in civil design and construction. His projects range from conceptual to plans / specification development through construction. Dave's previous career in heavy highway construction and paving developed very strong leadership and project management skills. He consistently delivers large projects, with very tight schedules, on time and on budget. Dave has notable expertise in airport and highway projects. He has served on many technical committees and community boards and is Past President of ASCE's Inland Empire Section.

Ron Pace adds a broad base of experience in private sector and public works projects. His qualifications include hydraulics, stormwater, roadways, water works, wastewater design and construction management. Ron has lead dozens of projects over 20 years ranging from conceptual studies to design and construction management. He has taught hydraulics and hydrology at college level. Ron's project experience, together with a real gift for communication and coordination, make him a highly sought project leader. Ron brings great energy and imagination to his work. He serves as Trustee for the WSPE local chapter.
